Price quotes for travel are not guaranteed until reservations are confirmed with full passenger names and deposit payment. Quotes on airfare are not confirmed until paid in full and can change without notice. All prices are subject to change without notice and are subject to availability.

Unless otherwise noted price quotes typically do not include airfare, gratuities, meals, telephone calls, resort fees, incidental items, souvenirs, airport transfers, or travel insurance.

Payment schedules are set forth by the individual suppliers and due on the dates specified. Failure to pay on time can result in automatic cancellation by the supplier, and can lead to the forfeiture of prior payments.  All major credit cards are accepted unless otherwise noted by suppliers.


Notification of cancellation must be forwarded in writing via mail, fax, or email to Best Travel and will incur a $50 per person penalty payable to Best Travel in addition to any penalties imposed by the travel supplier.  Groups have a $300 cancellation fee once the website has been made.

Revision, cancellation, and refund policies vary by supplier. Supplier cancellation fees can be up to 100% of the trip cost. No-shows are nonrefundable. Please inquire about supplier refund policies at the time of booking.

~ Reduction of the original contracted passengers is allowed at NO PENALTY based on the following schedule:
~ 120 days or more prior to departure - 100% of space.
~ 119-91 days prior to departure - 15% of remaining space.  Reductions in excess of 15% will incur a $50.00  penalty per person.
~ 90-61 days prior to departure - 15% of remaining space.  Reductions in excess of 15% will incur a $225.00 penalty per person.
~ 60 days or less prior to departure - no reduction allowed. See cancellation policy below.
CANCELLATIONS of group space above allowed reduction will result in the following penalties: ~ 91 days or more prior to departure - $50.00 penalty per person. 
~ 90-61 days prior to departure - $50.00 + (270.00) 1 night hotel penalty per person. 
~ 60-46 days prior to departure - $100.00 + (270.00) 1 night hotel penalty per person. 
~ 45-31 days prior to departure - $350.00 + (270.00) 1 night hotel penalty per person. 
~ 30 or less days prior to departure - 100% penalty

Travel insurance may be purchased, which may cover cancellation for covered reasons as outlined in the insurance policy. Insurance policies vary with differing exclusions (such as pre-existing medical conditions;  including  pregnancy, work related issues, change of mind, etc.). If you choose not to purchase insurance from Best Travel, you must sign an insurance waiver form.

It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any and all medical conditions, including pregnancy, which may prevent or interfere with their travel plans.

Air tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise indicated. Best Travel cannot accept responsibility for delays, cancellations, or missed connections relative to air travel and the effect it may have on the land only portion of the package.

Best Travel and its agents make arrangements with third party vendors for all FIT travel, tours, cruises, and package services. All travel documents are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by such vendors. Neither Best Travel, nor any of its agents or employees, shall be held liable for; and by accepting these documents customer waives any claim against all such parties for; (a) any loss of or damage to property or injury to any person caused by reason of any defect, negligence, or other wrongful act or omission of, or any failure of performance of any kind by; any other transportation company; vendor or supplier; (b) any inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, mental distress or other similar matter; (c) any delayed departure, missed connections, substitutions of accommodations, terminations of service, or change in fares or rates; and (d) any cancellation or double booking of reservations or tickets beyond the control of Best Travel.

Best Travel does not accept responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes, quarantine, sickness, strikes, war, weather, acts of God or other causes. Such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the passengers if they do not purchase travel insurance to cover it.
